The JHCA Canada Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, starting at 9:30 a.m. at Scarborough Civic Center (Council Chamber).<\/p>\n
Please be informed that you should be a life member or an active annual member of the association to cast your votes in the Election 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n
Please refer to the life and annual membership lists displayed on the JHCA Canada website (www.jaffnahinducanada.com) for the status of your membership.<\/p>\n

The new membership application forms with proof of payment will be accepted until November 14, 2024, 11:59 PM EST. The payment for renewal of annual membership will also be accepted until November 14, 2024, 11.59 PM EST.<\/p>\n
New membership application forms or payments for renewal of annual memberships will not be accepted from November 15, 2024, until the Election 2024\/2025 is over on December 14, 2024.<\/p>\n
The details regarding the nominations will be provided in a separate email.<\/p>\n
